Please convert all the fonts in your artwork to outlines/path/curves before sending them to us. Once we receive your files, we will get back with you and let you know the status of your order. We send proofs via email, fax (by request only), or you may pick up a hard-copy in our showroom. We accept graphics files from the following applications:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Word (text only, no graphics/images)
We accept files that are formatted with the following extensions:
- .ai
- .eps
- .pdf
- .jpg
- .psd
- .tif
When saving jpg's, we generally recommend a resolution of 300 dpi. If you see that your logo is low resolution (blurry/fuzzy/not clear) on your screen, this is also how it is going to print out on our large format printer. The staff at Signs & More will always let you know if your artwork does not look 100% clear after you send it to us. Vector based arwork is best.
