Paulding County is located about 10 miles due west of Marietta. The county seat is the town of Dallas and the other two towns in the county are Hiram and Braswell. Paulding County has four major highways assisting in the transport of commerce. Hwy. 120 goes into Marietta, Hwy. 92 heads north to Acworth and south to Douglasville, Hwy. 61 leads north into Cartersville and Hwy. 278 takes you directly to the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport. Hwy 278 also crosses Interstate 20 giving you easy access to downtown Atlanta and Birmingham, AL.

Ground has been broken for the main hospital which will be designated as a Pebble Project hospital.
