This type material is also versatile enough to be sewn together and slipped over an existing sign, in a “pillow case” or “toaster cover” fashion.

Another inexpensive temporary sign might be a coroplast sign with vinyl letters and logo. This sign limits itself to having to be attached to a flat surface or placed between two posts for support or using a stand stuck in the ground if the sign is not too large.

Most of the time these will be made of vinyl and often we see this same sign hanging for a couple of years. Another temporary use of a sign is when there is a seasonal sale in progress. A vinyl banner can be rolled up and stored in a relatively small space.
